I can’t log in with my correct username and password. Is the database broken?

Are your sure you use login data you got from your database administrator? You cannot login to the database with your Groupwise login credentials, use the ones for the database instead. If it still doesn’t work refer to the database admin.

I’m not able to enter data or make changes. What am I doing wrong?

Probably you don’t have appropriate rights to do so. If you should please contact the database administrator.

My browser says “Problem loading page” or “Server not found”. What is wrong?

Is your computer connected to the internet? You need an active internet connection to connect to the database server.
